Tonight I was helping my 10 year old son with chorus practice and he started to play the song Love can build a bridge. I told him that I have the song on my computer and the video, he wanted to see it. I said sure..



So it started to play and I started to sing to him, and he joined it with his music sheet in hand.. Then I looked at him.. He was watching my sing and singing with me. I had to look away.. the look upon his sweet face was one of utter and pure love.. I started to cry..



The bond between a parent and a child is such a great and precious gift. It is to be treasured and nutured. He does not understand why I stopped singing but he has kept on while I type this.. His voice is so sweet and soft right now and I cant help it.



The sadest part of all of this is that he will work very hard to learn this song and then they will not sing it in the spring concert. He will of course be able to serenade me though and that will be my private concert..



He was given 12 songs to learn and he will learn them, all of them, he will be able to sing them with just the music playing.. At the concert they will sing MAYBE 5 songs..

Alright.. today my daughter registered for VR... her name is Wolfbite.. please be kind.



I told her when she turned 13 she could register but there would be some rules. So far it wont be a problem but then again.. we get report cards on the 9th. LOL. She knows that if she messes up I will lock her out of VR untill she gets her act together..





She is a good kid for the most part. Now she gets to read on how to make her profile look nice. I will probably buy her a PM this summer when I renew mine, I will see.
